・There is no infant seats available and no children’s ebike.
・No overnight rental
⚠️There is no hospital in Teshima.
We can not rent to those who fall into the following categories.
🔹Height is less than 145cm（Under 8 years old）
🔹Height is more than 190cm
🔹Inseam less than 65cm or more than 100cm
🔹Weight is over 100 kg
🔹We do not allow you to ride an e-bike with a baby in your arms or on your back in a baby carrier.

Because our shop is a cashless payment shop, we do not handle cash. Please pay on the rental day in our shop.Please pay the bill together for the number of people.

🔵To drive a scooter in Japan you need the following license. Please be sure to bring the necessary license.

⚠️You need to have a stamp ”Category A.”
⚠️If your license requires a Japanese translation, be sure to print it out and bring it with you. Without it, you can not drive an e-scooter.
⚠️There is no hospital in Teshima.
⚠️You can not climb up Danyama mountain by e−scooter.
We can not rent to those who fall into the following categories.
It may not be possible to change to e-bike rental on the day of your visit. (e.g. if the reservation is full)
🔹Rentals are not available for a person weighing more than 90kg.
🔹We can not rent to people who have no experience driving motorcycles.

After confirming your reservation, please enter your credit card number in the payment code sent by us and complete the payment at least one week before the reservation date.
▶︎Cancellation fee
Cancellation by the customer the day before and the day of the rental will be charged in full. In the case of the change on the number of people on the day before and the day, rental fees are non refundable. In the event of rain and boat cancellations, full rental fees will be refunded.

All rental users need to fill out the commitment form when they visit the shop. If you want to shorten the procedure, print it out by yourself is also possible, all rental users must fill it out and bring it with you. If you’d like please use pdf data of the commitment form.

・take responsibility for the accident and damage on bikes and other penalties
・make sure all of the terms and conditions （these should be recognized by all the members of group）

🛥️About a passenger boat to Teshima
Regardless of a port for departure, you may have to keep in mind that there is some possibility you can not get on a boat to Teshima since a lot of visitors take it. So, taking a charter boat for your group is clearly sure way to carry all the members to Teshima. In addition, our shop is usually busy 9:30-10:30. A small number of staff serve, so at busy time you might have the long wait. If you take a charter boat, you can freely customize time of departure and arrival.
